    Book 1: Water || Chapter 6: Genocide Untitl10

    "You heard her, move out!" the general commanded his army. The entire city was being mobilized. Everyone was preparing for war. There was no time to be wasted. Those that did not put on the suits of armor reinforced the city and their homes. Blacksmiths gave weapons to all. Everyone was to be armed. There was no telling what The Horde would do next. They were all residents of the Gestark empire. They all held a bitter resentment towards the creatures that attacked them. Everyone was on edge. No one knew friend from foe. All they knew was that whatever lay behind those walls, was not the Gestark empire.

    Kusatta stepped out from her room to peer over her grand city from the balcony. She lifted her bow from the side of her dress. He pulled the string and sent the arrow flying. It whirled through the sky as Kusatta leaned her weapon against the stone borders of her balcony. She wore casual attire, being just her formal dress. She watched the arrow being sent. She lifted the ivory mask from her face. Her gaze still fixated on the edge of the arrow. The towns people watched as well as it passed the walls of the city.

    The goblin saw it too, and so he ran. However the arrow chased him. In an instant it pieced the back of his skull, penetrating his brain and exiting through his eye. He fell like a sack of rotten fruit onto the grass lands. "Hmph." She scoffed and turned to make her way back into her room. "Down with the monsters."

    Book 1: Water || Chapter 6: Genocide Mediev10

    Kaseki strolled out of the ocean, emerging on the great shores of the grassy plains. "They said they wanted to unite... I'll unite..." Kaseki said. He walked onto the sands only to step onto the grass shortly after. He looked up towards the great castle above him. He smiled. "In the midst of a forest, how lovely! These people must be as accepting as the last!" He said to himself. He jumped atop a rock to get a better view. Then he saw the marble bridge. He laughed, "I should be there to meet the king in no time!" he thought aloud. He dashed off into the forest, jumping up the trunks and hopping from treetop to treetop.

    He had plans. He was going to see them through. He was sprinting through the plantlife, eventually running into a large buck. The animal paused to stare at him, only to have Kaseki smile back. "COME HERE MY NOBLE STEED~!" Kaseki cried out as he chased after the beast.

    Nothing could prepare him for the war that he would walk into.

    They all dispersed to take all ends of the great city. The took up the walls, only to see a creature in the distance. The knights ignited the torches around the city walls. Sending a signal to their queen. This would be a short battle. They outnumbered the single creature. They would dispose of him just like the rest of the monsters.

    Kusatta soon received word whilst in her quarters.  "It's him." the man said to her. "It's the Horde King." She held no expression. She took a brush to her hair, taking out the many knots. "Bring me his head." she said calmly. She would show no fear, no compassion. She would do whatever it took to protect her kingdom. Even if it meant putting her life on the line.

    She knew she would have to do it herself. No one would last that long against the monster that killed her king.

    She would avenge her father.

    The clopping of hooves against the stone could be heard. A noble hero rose his creature into the city... at least, that's how he saw it.

    Kaseki saw on the back of the deer, the horns as wild as a tumbleweed. He held onto the creature with both hands, supporting himself and giving an image of a wild creature leading charge for an attack, however, without an army. He bounced as he rode the deer into the city. "You might as well announce yourself." Kodai thought. Kaseki heard his words and followed, "IT IS I, KASEKI, LEADER OF THE HORDE, I WISH TO BECOME-"

    They all lifted their arms, the army faced him.

    "... I guess they don't want to be friends..." Kaseki said softly. He wondered why the people seemed so hostile. If they fired just one arrow, why... then they would unleash the beast. "PLease don't hurt them..." Kaseki begged Kodai within the depths of his mind,"We can't be friends if they're dead..."

    She strolled into her bedroom only to stop before her closet. She reached out to the wooden walls that held her past. The doors were swung open, only to reveal a personal armory. She reached out to the silver armor and the sword. Both were stained from the last battle. She made only movements to ready herself. She took up arms against this creature, whoever it was. "Father..." she uttered. "Brother..." she whispered.

    She appeared before her castle, fully dressed in armor, her sword in her hand. She waited for the beast to appear at her walls. Her army would surely pose a threat. They may not stop him, but they will surely slow him down. They would be tossed away, just like a child's plaything. They could maybe lock him out long enough to stop him for the time being.

    But that was the plan for now. "RAISE THE GATES!" she exclaimed.

    No one could stop her now.

    Kaseki rode the beast onward, dodging the arrows as he weaved between them. This kingdom seemed to want him dead. Kodai smiled. Kaseki took a step aside. There was no need to be kind anymore. This was war. Calling forth his powers it began.

    The forests around him was enough, the stone under him, the grass, the mold, it was all there for him to use. "Let's play." Instantly a cloud of smoke engulfed the creature as he rode on. From it, hundreds of Kaseki jumped out. "DOWN WITH THE WALLS!"

    And 200 hundred Kodai's made their way to the city wall. They would all tackle the wood at the same time. There sheer force of his power was not alone enough. Maybe a dozen would be enough, but why stop there? They would destroy the gates in a single blow. They would all destroy it. The copies would take out the guards, and the main would find the leader.

    Once you take the leader, then everyone will know who's really in charge.

    She ran to her walls, thinking only of the lives at stake. There was much to be lost, yet nothing to be gained. If that orc brought down the wall, then the city would be in ruins. Everything would be lost. She had to keep him at the walls, should he break her line, it would be over. Her city was in no state for war yet. The towns people were militia at best. None of them had training. Even then, they were still recovering from their losses of the last raid. This had to end now...

    She had to end it all now.

    She ran through her streets, her sword in hand. Her metal clashed plates, she was going to save lives. She could not lose now. This city had to stand. "FOR GESTARK!" she exclaimed. She had to make an army, and she had to do it fast.

    She was the queen.
