Personality: When one first meets Kurome he seems arrogant, overbearing, selfish, and prone to make fun of his own comrades. He strives to be the strongest and looked down on those he considered weak, heavily reprimanding their weakness and even resolving to hurt them whenever they stepped in his path. Due to his outlook on his weak comrades he tends to seem very reluctant in helping them he usually suggests that they had to give him something in order to acquire his help. Namely something they have that interest him or if they are men he asks for them to cut off their manhood as 'they no longer need it'. Though he rarely collects such things as he usually forgets about it later. The only things he appeared to truly care about were the strength and reputation of his group/team/crew, and he became enraged every time someone made fun of it. When enrage his actions become brutal, and his sense of humor becomes far more twisted than before.

Though around people he deem his trusts, He comes off far more light-heated. He lets off a few jokes and even shows a slight lecherous side to him (though to be honest he has no idea what he is doing). He can be a pretty uptight person and he is a bit OCD when it comes to the appearance things around him. He is very perceptive when it comes to things being out of place. He hates dirty and unkempt things which makes it hard for him to get along with others especially if they have a naturally unappealing appearance. He has habit of pointing out even the smallest flaw in one's appearance. Though once you get past that, he is kind and considerate person who is always willing to give his opinion on a subject.

On that note Kurome like most late bloomers, he doesn't understand women or how exactly to speak or act around him. The only advice he ever received about them came from his father, Don't get lead around by women they will eat you alive. Due to this he has developed a wariness around the female gender. Rather then pointing at every little flaw as obviously and harshly as possible, he attempts to be subtle with it but he will fix something if it bothers him enough. Which usually either comes off as him being a pervert, no matter how pure his intention originally was. Sadly he is also horribly dense when it comes to women and their own feelings, causing him to do whatever he pleases; With whomever he pleases.

When it comes to fighting Kurome isn't much of the intellectual type. He tends to do whatever he feels is correct and leaves all the heavy thinking for after this is all said and done. While this is great considering it eliminates hesitation from a lot of his actions, it makes him an easy target to get scolded by higher ups.

Kurome has quite a few hobbies, he likes to play the fight, read novels, and drink wine/coffee/tea in the dawn or dusk. He also has quite a few unexpected and could be considered womanly hobbies such as cooking, housekeeping, sewing, and even knitting. Yet he still has otherwise manly interests, though they mostly relate with guns and swords fortunately. Fun fact: he is also a habitual smoker.

History:
Kurome was always a quiet child. Growing up in the slums after the incident that was now in shambles, Kurome's family was under the protection of a organization called Pit Bulls. Pit Bulls was like many organizations 20 years ago, they were a 'protection' group that kept people safe from the wraiths and trained underprivileged people in defending themselves from the threat. That was at least their cover anyway, what they actually were doing was dividing up the city and holding pit fights and making drug which they used the poor as mules in order to make money. The protection they offered were mainly just experimental weaponry that other organizations had released that had been hacked to be more powerful and thereby more dangerous to be used.

Kurome's father was one of the members of the Pit Bulls, Albeit being one of their fighters in the ring. As a child Kurome spent a lot of his time watching his father fight and attempted to copy his savage style. His mother was however a nurse was always patching up his father while preaching non-violence, to which Kurome ignored. Kurome's education growing up was a short one, after learning how to count and read he was essentially thrown into a ring with a grown man twice his size as an opponent so that he could make money. With a lot of clawing, biting, and stabbing Kurome came out on top. Years went by and Kurome gained the title of Oni for his record in the ring of 35 wins and 2 loses. His mother gave birth to a pair of twins. (The two loses were to his father.)

Then the wraiths decided to attack the slums. During the time Kurome and his siblings were sleeping, the wraiths attacked. Kurome's parents woke Kurome and had him evacuate with his siblings to his uncle as they equipped their anti-wraith weaponry and went to fight off the wraiths. Suffice to say that was the last time Kurome saw his parents alive. Kurome's uncle was under the protection of Vanguard. During his travels he found himself in many different situations bringing him closer and closer to depression. It wasn't until he and was his party was assaulted by wraiths did Kurome fall into true despair. One morning he awoke to the sound of screaming. Looking up he saw wraiths attacking his siblings.

Lifting a random pipe he engaged the wraiths. Kurome attempted to beat the wraiths back but to no avail. His siblings were already gone. Kurome barely escaped with his life. After escaping he locked himself into a room and fell into a deep depression. He remained within that room for 2 years coming out only to hunt for food. It wasn't until Vanguard Jaegars randomly came upon him that Kurome came into human contact. After an initial conflict, Kurome decided to join the Jaegars under the premise of getting the chance to having an actual chance to killing Wraiths.
