Description: Phobia's metaphorical child 1S2VVy0

Ability/Spell name: Heart under Blade
Description: Andromeda's Tome is an extension of Phobia herself, and as such it can move on it's own and is summoned rather than held on her body. It is able to move freely as long as it is within 40ft of her. If It is farther than 50ft of Phobia it will dissipate and not be able to be created for another post.
Duration and Cooldown: Passive, one post after losing it.
Strength: Can move freely on it's own and be summoned.
Weakness: Once out of 50ft range is unsummoned, and as a 10ft range in which it cannot be used.
