Pest-control [Solo/Mission]

Oski had recently met the Queen of LeVain, a rather lovely women he though when he had met her, she was rather cute too. A smirk had went across Oski's face as that thought crossed his mind. His hair was swept back by the high winds which were up in the mountain air, he stood on the back of his massive Nether-Drake named Ryoushi. The Queen had came to him with a plea while he was visiting the LeVain empire, he had only gotten to meet her acquaintance for a day before she had came to him with her request but Oski had always found it a little hard to say no to a beautiful women and plus this mission was something that was more of less his job anyway, as the leader of Ascension.

"Hmmmm, Ryoushi if you were a dragon...where would you hide yourself in these mountains?" He spoke to his Drake as if it were a human, they were an extremely intelligent breed. Oski said this to Ryoushi because Ryoushi himself was not actually a Dragon, there were a few major differences in the race of Drakes as opposed to the race of Dragons. Firstly Drakes were creatures that could only be found in the Aether, Nether and Shell because of their level of danger and while their bodies are very similar to that of a Drake, Dragons are a much lesser breed. This didn't mean that Ryoushi couldn't think like he was a dragon however, Ryoushi may prove to be more helpful in this mission than anything else would be actually.

Oski sat down on Ryoushi's back as he flew his master around through the mountains. Oski raised a hand to his chin and thought, 'If I could just do this mission well, the Queen will without a doubt trust me....and maybe more' he spoke to himself in his mind, gaining a little smirk as he reached the last half of that thought, sometimes Oski was a bit of a pervert. Thing about the dragon hierarchy now, he wondered why the dragons were attacking people, it had been a long time ago but the Dragons and the humans had a treaty to stop the violence, long ago Dragons were hunted and almost completely extinct and then they came back with a vengeance with the rise of the Dragon God, Oski and his brothers had stopped a massive war and basically caused the treaty to be formed between humans and dragons.

Oski and Ryoushi flew around for what seemed like hours though it really had only been about 45 minutes, Oski looked down at his stomach as it began to rumble. As ironic as it was, even Gods had things like hunger and thirst, they just wouldn't die from it if they did not satisfy it, they would just be forever tortured until they satisfied the hunger or thirst. Oski put his hands over his stomach and let out an annoyed sigh. "I guess I should stop for something to eat before we get this mission kicked off, Ryoushi. Maybe we can land at a village and get some information from some of the locals?" Oski said to his Drake, Oski thought it was a pretty good idea. After Oski was done speaking, Ryoushi made a quiet roar and swooped down suddenly, so suddenly that it startled Oski as he held onto Ryoushi's frame-like body. Ryoushi headed straight towards a small village that he could see in the valley of two very large and daunting mountains.

Oski pet Ryoushi for a moment and then re-called him, causing him to poof into thing air so as to not terrifying the people with his Nether-Drake which would probably end up making their dragon problem seem much more like a blessing than a curse, if it had been Ryoushi terrorizing the lands of LeVain, Oski himself would end up having quite some trouble stopping him. As Ryoushi poofed into thin air, Oski started to fall towards the ground but Ryoushi had taken him low enough to where the fall was not nearly high enough to be harmful to Oski. Oski fell into the woods just outside of the small village. Luckily for him it wasn't some backwoods tribe that would try to sacrifice him to their 'gods', something like this has happened to Oski before.

The village had been located on an actual trade route so the town had fences and several buildings including a trade center and an inn and of course what village is complete without a tavern? Oski walked out of the woods and onto the trade route as he headed towards the town.

Oski followed the path that he was on until he reached the village, the walk from where he had landed until he had gotten to the village was actually a rather beautiful one. The wilderness of the LeVain mountains seemed to not be touched by time at all as they were tucked away in the massive mountains for centuries, even being protected from extreme forms of weather, it was truly beautiful. As Oski strolled into the town his hands went to his stomach again as it growled, this time it reminded him more of Ryoushi when his stomach growled, he was indeed extremely hungry. Looking around the town there wasn't a very large amount of people but the town was on a decently traveled trade route so Oski was sure that there were some times of the year when that town got rather busy.

Oski looked around the town a bit, wandering as if he were clearly a tourist until he found the 'tavern' sign, with a great sigh of relief Oski jogged over to it and went in. Taking a seat by himself in the tavern, Oski waited patiently as one of the women working there came over to him with a smile. "Hello there traveler, can I get you anything?" The girl said to him, tilting her head to the side slightly with a bright smile. Oski ordered himself a beer and some tiger meat, it was a special meal there supposedly, there were lots of mountain tigers in the region. Once the girl had returned to him with what he ordered he was now finally able to sit back and enjoy it. He sat there as he sipped on his beer and ate the tiger meat.

Oski only had one beer with his meal, replacing it with water there-after because he knew he was still on the mission for the LeVain Queen, thinking about it he felt bad even stopping to eat and drink on the job but he had no leads at the moment of the whereabouts of the dragons. Oski figured he would go and do some research around the town and see if anyone knew anything or if there were any town close by that had been attacked, he was hoping that would give him a big enough lead to get this mission finished as soon as possible.

Oski sat alone in the corner as the tavern slowly started to bustle with business, probably because it was slowly becoming dark and all the town-folk seemed to come out to the tavern and enjoy what nightlife they had in that town, it seemed to be a close-knit community in that small town in the valley. Oski minded his own business while sitting in the corner, taking a few moments every once in a while to glance up at people and eaves-drop on their conversations. Most of the conversations seemed to be personal affairs, seduction and typical human transactions, Oski could understand all of this because he himself seemed to be much more like humans than his brothers, he fit into the way of the world rather easily and this helped him conceal his overbearing power and Godly presence, he wasn't one to go around and tell people that he was a God every second he got, it helped him blend in.

Minding his own business, Oski caught the sound of two giggles coming from two females who clearly sounded intoxicated, Oski glanced up from his plate to see two rather beautiful looking women hovering over him. "Hi there stranger~" One of them said, "My name is Alma~," the black haired female said as she placed a hand on his shoulder. The other waved at him, "Im Mara," the blonde haired on said to him and gave him a wink. Oski Smirked up at them, "Hello there ladies, lovely night isn't it?" Oski said, his grin would only show his intent. The two girls laughed and nodded at him. "My name is Oski, Oski Astal~ Please, have a seat." Oski said as he motion for them to both take a seat at the table he was sitting at on the opposing side. As Oski said this, he could feel the glare of several drunk men within the tavern, their eye's drilling into his very skull if they could.

"So how are you fine women tonight?" Oski asked them as he gave them a bright smile. "Were doing wonderful, Oski." The two girls said as they giggled, their cheeks flushed red a bit from the alcohol that they continued to consume. "Tell us about yourself!" Alma exclaimed, "I can tell you aren't from around these parts, you must be some sort of traveler! or even and adventurer!" Alma said with excitement in her voice, Oski could tell she was into men of great stories.

Right before Oski was able to begin telling his story to the fine women that were before him, screaming from outside of the tavern could be heard along with a harmony of several earth-shaking roars which pierced the crisp nights air rang out. Oski was immediately on alert, pushing his food and drink aside on the table, "EXCUSE ME LADIES!" he yelled before running out the door as fast as he could. Oski stopped instantly as he pushed the doors to the tavern open and looked up at the sky, there were about ten dragons of different shapes and sizes that were descending from the top of the mountains, already breathing fire and completely ready to burn that town to the ground. Oski immediately activated his Aether Persona which caused his body to glow with the energy of life, the energy that made up most all living things including himself. The energy seemed to exude from his body and coat him and a malleable armor-like substance of light. Oski was tempted to also pull of his eye-patch and use the power of his Majoris Arcanis but he would not require that much power to take on such petty dragons, he wouldn't even summon Ryoushi for this.

Oski looked around quickly to the people that were running around in the streets and flooding out of the tavern in a large panic. "STAY CALM EVERYONE! TAKE COVER FOR SAFETY!" he yelled as he was barking out commands to the people of the town, Oski hoped that for their sake they would listen to him because he could save them so long as they didn't do anything stupid. Oski focused his eye's back to the sky with a glare that could only be described as the look a warrior would give his opponent as they are locked in a life or death fight. Oski sprinted over to the nearest building and hopped onto the roof of it and then used that as a stepping stone to propel himself higher into the air, charging upwards at the dragons as they charged downwards at him. Oski smirked as he was prepared to lay waste to the ten dragons.

Oski flew through the air at the dragons as one finally noticed him and with a loud roar it dive bombed at Oski. Oski smirked as he caused his body to flip through the air and placed his foot perfectly in line with the dragon. As the two collided the dragon seemed to be cleaved in two by the aura which covered Oski's body much like an active-armor. Just as soon as Oski made it through the body of that first dragon, another was right on it's tail, grabbing Oski with its hands and trying to bite him in the face. Oski caught the dragon by the face and started to roll backwards with the dragon, using it's own momentum against it. Once Oski and the dragon had switched places by the rotation, Oski kicked off of the stomach of the dragon as hard as he could, sending the dragon flying, knocked unconscious by the brutal kick. Oski was propelled higher into the air and on to the next dragon

As Oski soared higher he looked back to notice something, all the dragons he was killing would be hurling down toward the village and he couldn't let the massive dragons crash down like meteors onto the city. Letting out a small sigh he raised a hand high to the sky. A large magic circle formed in the air and coming out of it much like a portal, Ryoushi broke through letting out a much more intimating and loud roar than all the ten dragons together could produce. Ryoushi dove quickly at the already two slain dragons as he swallowed them whole simply by opening his mouth. Ryoushi was much large and much more powerful than all other dragonic creatures he'd ever seen before in his thousand years of life, his creature was truly one of terror and awe.

Ryoushi quickly changed his flight path, swooping his wings downward as hard as he could which would without a doubt cause a massive gust of wind to head toward the village but it was nothing dangerous. Ryoushi was now flying upwards at Oski with an alarming rate of speed, Ryoushi was much faster than even Oski himself.
