Ability/Spell name: Spiritus Dei Veteris
Description: With a sharp turn of the staff, the winds surrounding herself and the opponent will begin to pick up. She may decide which direction they flow and how fast or slow it goes. With deciding the strength and direction, she could create a vortex with it, picking up anything in its path as it surrounds herself and the opponent. Depending on the strength of the opponent, it could either keep him locked to the ground or send him up into the winds.
Duration and Cooldown: 5 Post Duration // 6 Post Cooldown
Strength: The strength of the wind may slow down an opponent if they are trying to run in the opposite direction of it, as well as pick them up and cause damage to them if it whips them around. ((just need clarification on what rank this would slow an opponent down and when it would whip them around, just give a strength tier level.))
Weakness: If the opponent were wearing a heavy piece of armor it may not be as effective of an ability against him unless she were to go into her full power with the vortex. Using this ability requires an intense amount of focus, and she must not move from her spot while the wind picks up, or else the power will weaken and the winds will not grow stronger.

It could knock someone of equal rank to Rhiannon (God Tier 1) off their feet, though it would not cause them to be lifted off the ground. Demi-God tier 5 and below can be picked up off their feet from the strengths of the wind.
